Jared W. Julian, co-owner and co-founder of Real Property Receivership Services (RPRS) serves as General Counsel for RPRS, where he applies two and a half decades of legal expertise to deliver creative and effective receivership solutions. Collaborating closely with litigants, attorneys, and judges, he specializes in navigating the unique complexities that arise in court appointed receivership cases, ensuring that distressed properties are managed and sold in ways that protect all stakeholders and maximize property value. Julian brings creative legal thinking to real estate and receivership challenges which supports efficient and legally sound transactions.
A proud graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law), Jared earned his J.D. in 2001, distinguishing himself as President of the Student Bar Association and Associate Editor of the Law Review.
His educational accomplishments are further highlighted by a 2023 Harvard Negotiation Program “Mediation Intensive” certification, underscoring his commitment to alternative dispute resolution. He is recognized as Family Law expert in the State of Texas and has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2017. He has been named a Texas Super Lawyer each year from 2018-2025 and listed as a Top 100 Lawyer in DFW (2022, 2023, 2025) by Texas Super Lawyer, and honored as Best Divorce Attorney in Denton County in 2024.
Kevin Andrews is a seasoned real estate professional and court-appointed receiver with over a decade of experience managing complex property transactions involving divorce, probate, bankruptcy, and other court-directed cases. As President of Real Property Receivership Services (RPRS), Kevin has built a trusted and results-driven team of Realtors and attorneys that have successfully closed over 200 court-appointed real estate transactions and more than $100 million in volume since 2020.
RPRS is a strategic partnership between Kevin, Jared W. Julian, an experienced family law attorney, and Tricia Andrews, a licensed broker since 2008. This blend of legal and real estate expertise enables Kevin and his team to simplify contentious real estate matters, deliver court compliance, and maximize value for all parties involved. The RPRS team also provides hands-on oversight of property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
Kevin is also the Co-Owner of Local Pro Realty, voted Top Workplaces in DFW in 2024 and 2025, with sales volume over $440 million and 1100+ closings since 2023. He has extensive experience navigating receiverships, short sales, foreclosures, Broker Price Options (BPOs), and distressed assets. His leadership style is defined by accountability, collaboration, and an understanding of both the legal and practical challenges in real property disputes.
